We’re incredibly excited to announce that the next upcoming product in our Plus Series is GREENS+, a curated unique blend of superfood greens, adaptogens, pre/probiotics, trace minerals, and more.

It’s no secret that most people aren’t getting enough vegetables in their diet. In fact, a recent study conducted by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that only 1 out of 10 adults get enough fruits or vegetables!

INSPIRED GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
1 cup filtered water
1 small fresh banana*
1 cup frozen mango*
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp spirulina powder
1/4” knob fresh ginger root


Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!

Notes:
*Use 1 cup fresh fruit + 1 cup frozen fruit for best results. Fresh banana is optimal (creates create a creamy and smooth texture). If you only have frozen fruit, you may need to add more liquid.


Use organic ingredients when possible!
